K9 Solutions offers a full spectrum of training, from basic manners to severe behavioral issues. We have trained many family pets, as well as service and therapy dogs.
K9 Solutions provides in-home training so your dog learns in its own environment. We specialize in the training of rescue dogs, and we always donate at least 25% of our time to rehabilitating orphaned dogs.
Behavior problems we help with
- Aggression toward people: growling, lunging, snapping and guarding the house
- Aggression toward other dogs on walks, at the park or in class
- Nipping and biting
- Fear and reactivity toward visitors, runners and strangers
- Separation anxiety
- Pulling on the leash and jumping on guests
Temperament testing
We provide temperament evaluations for rescue groups and shelters, so dogs can be placed in the right homes with the right support. Learn more about our work with rescue groups.

“My dog had aggression issues and I almost gave him back to the rescue because I was afraid of what could happen. Now I feel more confident in working with him.”
